An exceptional dish, caviar is best served with a mother-of-pearl or horn spoon. It can be served with warm toast, blinis, or ideally eaten on its own to fully appreciate its flavour. Taste it in small amounts, leaving the grains to burst on your palate... its delicate aroma will then be released Tradition has it that it should be served with a white vodka, however a dry Champagne is ideal and works wonders on the taste buds. Remove the tin from the refrigerator at the last minute and serve it on a bed of crushed ice. Tasting caviar is a magical and unique experience!
